InterContinental The Barclay New York Hotel is a famous 14-floor 686-rooms property in the heart of Manhattan south-east from the Central Park. Most of main important New York's sights are within walking distance from InterContinental The Barclay New York Hotel. Rooms are very comfortable and well equipped but batrooms are tiny by all accounts. InterContinental The Barclay New York Hotel is also clearly in need of reconstruction (last one was in 2001) or at least of some new furniture: the rooms are clearly worn out - one should get perfect room for the money this hotel is charging. Somewhat tired and in need of updating. Multilingual staff is very polite and accommodating but occassionally hard to reach by phone.
